Terms for pros

By using the Khedma Pro app you agree to these terms, and to the privacy policy.
Approval
Khedma approves every Pro before they can receive jobs, and may remove that approval or suspend an account at any time, for example if a customer’s complaint is confirmed or these terms are broken.
Taking jobs
Requests that fit your trade and area appear in the app. Accepting a job is a commitment to the customer: only accept jobs you can do, and if something changes, use “I cannot do this job” so the customer is told and the job goes to someone else. Do not take a customer away from the app or ask them to pay in a way that hides the real price.
The price you enter
When you end a job you enter the price the customer paid you. It must be the real, final amount. The customer is asked to confirm it and their answer becomes their e-receipt. If the customer says the price is different, we will contact you both and may settle the final price ourselves.
Entering a price you did not really charge, or being paid more than you entered, is a serious breach of these terms.
Customer details
You see a customer’s name, phone number and address only to do the job. Do not use them for anything else, do not share them, and delete any copy you made once the job is done.
Your account
Give your real name, email address and phone number, and keep your password private. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen; jobs in progress are handed back to other Pros and the record of finished jobs and prices stays without your personal details.
Your status and liability
You are responsible for your own work, tools, insurance, taxes and any licences your trade needs. Khedma provides the app that connects you with customers and is not responsible for how you do the work.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Last updated: 29 September 2026.
