By using the Khedma app you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What Khedma does

Khedma helps you request home services. You send a request in the app and it is shown to professionals (“Pros”) nearby; a Pro accepts it and does the work. Khedma runs the app, approves the Pros who use it and helps when something goes wrong.

Your account

You need an account with your real name, email address and phone number. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen.

Requests

Sending a request does not guarantee that a Pro is available. Pros choose whether to accept a job. Once a Pro accepts, you can see their name and phone number and call them to agree the details.

Prices and payment

Prices shown in the app are starting points, not final quotes. You should agree the price with the Pro before any work starts, and no work needs to be done until you agree.

You pay the Pro directly. When the job is finished the Pro enters the price they were paid in the app, and you are asked whether that is what you paid. Please only confirm it if it is correct. If it is not, tell us what you paid and Khedma will help settle it. Confirming creates your e-receipt.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate contact and address details, make sure someone can give access to the property, treat Pros with respect, and tell us about anything unsafe on site.

Cancelling

You can cancel a request in the app until the Pro ends the job. Please cancel as early as you can so the Pro can free up their time.

Problems with the work

If you are not happy with a job, open it in the app and message us, or contact us, and we will work with you and the Pro to put it right.

Suspending accounts

We may suspend or close an account that is used to cheat, harass, misuse other people’s details or break these terms.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. The Pros who do the work are responsible for their work. To the extent the law allows, Khedma is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Last updated: 29 September 2026.
