Need help with a request, or something did not go right? We are happy to help. The quickest way is inside the app: open the request and tap “Message Khedma”, or use Account, then “Get help”.
Forgot your password?
Use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in screen. If you do not get an email, write to us from the email address you signed up with and we will set a temporary password for you.
Deleting your account and data
Open the app, go to Account, then “Delete my account”. This signs you out everywhere and erases your name, email, phone number and password, and your address, photos and notes on past jobs. See the privacy policy for what is kept and for how long. You can also write to us and we will do it for you.
